Your First Appointment

Please arrive early so that we can complete your initial paperwork. Also, please bring the following:

• Patient's insurance card
• List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dosage and frequency
• Information about patient's medical and surgical history

Medication Refills

To refill your prescription, please contact your pharmacy. Your pharmacist will contact our office. Please allow 24 hours to process your refill request.

Dr. Reiner accepts many insurance providers. Below is a list of the currently accepted insurance providers. Insurance companies are not currently reimbursing for TMS treatments, but we hope to see this change in the near future.
